PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS
Good Business Forum- Conducted every 3rd Thursday of the month, this is a free forum provided to members and non-members alike to facilitate discussion of current events and issues confronting the business community in Cagayan de Oro City.
SME Development- A priority of the Oro Chamber is providing assistance to small and medium enterprises. Starting in 2005, it conducts the annual search for the Outstanding Business Enterprises among the micro, small and medium enterprises in Cagayan de Oro City and Misamis Oriental Province.
Barangay Micro Business Enterprise (BMBE) Support- Oro Chamber assists the City Government of Cagayan de Oro in providing secretariat services for SMEs as it facilitates the application for registration of enterprises in the special government program of recognizing micro, small and medium enterprises for their special privileges.
ICT Development- Oro Chamber takes the lead in mobilizing the Cagayan de Oro organizations and companies involved in information and communications technology as the chamber helps promote Cagayan de Oro City as the ICT Gold Mine in the Philippines.
Business Development Centre- The Oro Chamber Business Development Centre (BDC), a 2,800sqm property in Pueblo de Oro, is a training institute, a showroom and the office of the professional team.
Events Organizing- Oro Chamber hosts and organizes local, regional, Mindanao wide and national events. It is also open to partner with groups and organizations for international events as well.
